Start College in High School
With UA Early College, you can earn college credit and get ahead, learn how to navigate college courses with real professors and find out how to succeed in college while you’re still in high school. Eligible high school students can enroll in UA Online courses or participate in the Summer On Campus experience.
Creating Equitable Access to Education
ACCESS provides equitable, quality learning opportunities for Alabama high school students in a digital distance format. It provides the full Alabama Course of Study plus electives to students with limited course selection, at-risk students pursuing credit recovery, accelerated students seeking advanced placement, students with disabilities or transportation problems and students whose second language is English.
Get College Credit for Life Experiences
New College LifeTrack is for nontraditional students who have career and family obligations, but have never stopped wanting to learn on. Students can take courses from wherever they are around their schedule, bringing a premier degree within their reach. Earn the same bachelor’s degree as on-campus students, with courses taught by the same faculty in a more flexible format. Students also have the opportunity to earn college credits for their previous life and work experiences.
