Note: Rooms may only be reserved within the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. No reservations will be made for after hours or on weekends.

  • Room 1308 – AirMedia Screen Casting – ClearTouch w/PC, Secondary Displays, PTZ Cameras, Ceiling microphones and speakers, 21 PC stations – NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ALLOWED
  • Room 1311 – AirMedia Screen Casting – ClearTouch w/PC, Secondary Displays, PTZ Cameras, Ceiling microphones and speakers – Credenza outside of room for food setup
  • Room 3008 – AirMedia Screen Casting – Room PC, ClearTouch, Secondary Display, PTZ camera, Ceiling microphones and speakers

Rental Process

  1. Request Form

    Complete the Room Rental Request Form at least 1 month in advance.

  2. Confirmation Email

    You’ll receive a confirmation email and invoice within 5 business days.

  3. Payment

    Payment is due 5 business days before the event via departmental transfer.

  4. Report Issues

    Ensure the room is left in good condition. Report any damages or issues to Tammy Christian (tlchristian@ua.edu – (205) 348-6371 – Office 3208).

Policies

  • Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for a full refund. If within 7 days from event, payment may not be refunded. – No open flames, confetti, or glitter allowed.
  • No food or beverages are allowed in room 1308. – All events must comply with university policies and safety regulations.
  • All renters are responsible for basic cleanup, including removing trash, resetting furniture to its original layout, and ensuring no personal items are left behind. Failure to comply may result in an additional cleaning fee.
